For returns/replacement/exchange and refund: 

Unfortunately, merchandise cannot be returned and exchanged as everything under Pieux is made to order.

Merchandise are subject to return/exchange or replace only if the item has some defect, damage or is incorrect.

Merchandise must be unwashed, untagged and unworn.

The merchandise will be thoroughly inspected once we receive the merchandise.

The customer would be required to ship the merchandise. Customer will incur the shipping cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So please keep a track while returning the merchandise and use the best freight companies of your respective countries.

We won’t take the responsibility of the merchandise while In transit.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email [email protected] and include your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase, name on the order, email address on the order, your request. We will replace or exchange or refund, after thoroughly inspecting it.
